RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within Pakistan under the terms below.

ELIGIBILITY

• Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items, custom orders, and intimates or accessories marked final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.

HOW TO START A RETURN

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability in the requested size or colour.
• Refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be processed via bank transfer.
• Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
